Warren joined the Alter team in July of 2022. In his role as Director of Construction Management, he brings 7+ years of industry experience in healthcare construction, multifamily projects, residential developments, retail construction, and adaptive reuse.

 

Warren started his construction career as a carpenter and progressed up through the ranks of Project Management through years of dedication. 

Taking pride in his ability to communicate and develop purposeful relationships, Warren has established working connections with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other
stakeholders to ensure project delivery.

Warren graduated from The University of Louisville with a degree in Sports Medicine and worked for 8 years in the clinical rehab field. Born and raised in rural Western Kentucky, he has called Louisville home since 2001. Warren is married to his wife Kristen and has a son and daughter, Roman and Tessa.
