Nathan joined the Alter team in September 2023 as the Estimation Manager for the construction division. 

Nathan started his professional career at a General Contractor in Bloomington, Indiana as a carpentry assistant. His role quickly developed into a sales and estimations role. It was at this time where Nathan discovered his true passion for estimating.

Nathan then went on to work for Boland-Maloney Lumber Company as an inside sales representative. For 10 years, he gained insightful industry experience in that position before transitioning to the Kiel Thomson Company where he worked as an estimator for 10 years. 

Next, Nathan went to work for Calhoun Construction Services as an estimator for New Construction, Remodeling & Repurpose projects, Healthcare, & Hotels for over 4 years.

Following that role, he was given the opportunity to grow his career at MC Associates as an estimator & project manager for commercial projects and hotels. His final transition was to a Louisville General Contractor where he did commercial estimating for Local, Hotels, and Restaurant projects.

Nathan joins our team with years of experience in the industry. He brings a vast array of knowledge, a positive attitude, and a helping hand to the Alter team.

Nathan resides in Louisville with his family.
