John joined Alter Realty team in August 2021.  He brings over 20 years of experience as a seasoned property manager for multifamily/commercial and low-income housing, new homes developer, and as a practicing attorney.  He also has a finance and banking background.

 

As a Louisville native, John grew up in St. Matthews and attended Waggener High School. He then attended Indiana University for his undergraduate degree followed by Vanderbilt for his J.D.
