Prior to founding Alter Development, Chris spent 15 years working for his family business in Michigan.

 

In 2010 Chris and his family moved to Louisville, Kentucky where he continued his career assisting two companies build their construction and real estate businesses. During that time, Chris was responsible for management of more than 3,000 multi-family units in Kentucky and Indiana and was responsible for the acquisition and disposition of more than $250,000,000 of real estate.
