Jodi joined the Alter Co. team in early 2020. She brings years of real estate experience and expertise to the brokerage. Prior to Alter Realty, Jodi worked as the associate appraiser for Helton Appraisal Service & The Appraisal Group from 2004-2013. She then transitioned to Kentucky Preferred Realtors from 2008-2020.

Jodi received her B.S. from the University of Kentucky and now resides in Louisville.
