Bobby is a Managing Director for Triad Real Estate Partners, one of the preeminent private multifamily and student housing brokerage firms, headquartered in Chicago, IL. Bobby also serves as a Director for Jackson Dearborn Partners, a privately owned development and investment firm. JDP is a developer of multi-family, student housing, and mixed-use projects throughout the country with a current portfolio of $700M and a construction pipeline of nearly $1 Billion.

Prior to joining both Triad & JDP, Bobby was Vice President of Commercial Sales for Weichert, Realtors – ABG Properties based out of Louisville, KY. With over 5 years of experience at Weichert, Bobby oversaw rapid growth in the firm’s investment and multifamily sales where he assisted multifamily owners in sourcing, evaluating, acquisitions, dispositions and market analysis in all asset classes. Bobby has closed transactions all over the country in primary and secondary markets with various private equity firms, successfully closing over $300 million in his career. Bobby also is the Founding Partner / Principal of MB3 Investments. A private equity firm that raises capital for multifamily, development and short-term rentals. Currently MB3 owns and manages multiple short- term rentals in several states and has successfully raised capital on several developments. Bobby has his BS from the University of Louisville and is a licensed agent in Kentucky. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, managing his investment properties, staying active and spending time with family / friends.
