Passionate about real estate, development, and construction, Chris is focussed on creating an experience for his customers that is exciting, rewarding, and exceeds the highest expectations. 

Miranda joined the Alter Development team in 2020. She assists in managing accounts receivables and payables, human resources, tax reporting, and compliance for the company. 

Jodi joined the Alter Co. team in early 2020 bringing years of real estate experience and expertise to the brokerage.

John joined Alter Realty team in August 2021. He brings over 20 years of experience as a seasoned property manager for multifamily/commercial and low-income housing, new homes developer, and as a practicing attorney.

Sherri joined the Alter Realty Team in August 2021.  She has a passion for design, style, and helping people see the possiblilties in their living and working spaces.

With a focus in design and marketing, her passion is growing businesses through communication and awareness.
