John joined the Alter team in Summer 2023. He brings 15+ years of design build experience to the construction team. 

John grew up on the job site as he Grandfather was a developer. He moved to Kentucky in 1997 with CSX transportation. After 9 yrs with the railroad, he had the opportunity to leave and pursue flipping homes in 2006. In 2008, he started building an investment portfolio of high end rentals. John has completed many historical restorations and countless remodels in Crescent Hill. He has worked with Modern Metal and glass type homes to Mid Century restoration and everything in between. 

His passion is creating a unique space and energy with unusual materials that sometimes breaks the rules of conventional building.
