GRAEME SMTH
In July 2022, Graeme Smith joined the Alter team. Since then, he has brought extensive construction and project management experience to the development division. He has the capabilities to take a project from the beginning vision to final completion.
Throughout his career, Graeme has worked on multi-family, assisted living, industrial, retail and commercial projects. He has completed several award winning LEED certified and conventional developments. Graeme has been successful in multitasking and managing projects both local and nationwide.
Graeme lives in Louisville with his wife and 3 children. In his personal time, he enjoys coaching his sons in cross country and street hockey. He also spends time training for cycling and ultra marathons.
